17 Years at Gartner, The World’s Leading IT Advisory Firm

Prior to forming Grannis Group in 2004, Roger was known as The Voice of Gartner, where he spent 17 years in sales, sales training, and product management.

During his tenure, Roger:

  • Built Gartner Sales University, which contributed to growing revenues from $22 million to $850 million
  • Shepherded the rollout of dozens of company acquisitions
  • Created and hosted Gartner’s popular podcast, Talking Technology
  • Infused global sales events with energy, insight, and humor
  • Moderated panels with business luminaries such as Steve Ballmer, former CEO of Microsoft

Roger began his sales career at Osborne/McGraw-Hill, where he was the top sales producer and national sales manager.

He is on the faculty of GE Crotonville, GE’s prestigious leadership development center.

Roger is also a member of The National Speakers Association where he continuously hones his craft.
